Exhibition stands Kielce - choose quality with Mel-Expo
-------------------------------------------------------

If you are considering a presence at trade events in Kielce, you have come to the right place. Taking part in a trade fair is not just an opportunity to present your offer – it is a real chance to win new contacts and build a recognisable brand. When planning an exhibition stand here, it is worth understanding what participation in events organised by Targi Kielce involves. Whether you are aiming for a simple system stand or are ready to invest in a more complex project, proper preparation will help you rise above the rest. This guide will help you find your way: from registration, through space costs, to choosing a contractor.

Targi Kielce S.A. – a leader in the exhibition industry
-------------------------------------------------------

For years, Targi Kielce S.A. has been setting the standards of the exhibition market in Poland, accounting for almost 30% of the country’s trade fair sector. It is the second-largest exhibition centre in the country, with modern infrastructure that attracts companies from all over the world. It is located at Zakladowa 1 in Kielce – a location that makes access easy for participants and carriers alike.

Every year, the venue hosts events such as MSPO (defence industry, late August/early September) and Autostrada-Polska (road construction sector, May), which are among the largest trade fairs in Central and Eastern Europe. If you are aiming high – this is a place that definitely supports such ambitions.

How to become an exhibitor? The process step by step
----------------------------------------------------

For your company to appear on the list of exhibitors, you need to go through a few simple but important stages. The key tool here is the Exhibitor Portal – this is where you handle all the formalities and order the services you need.

Here is what the whole procedure looks like:

1. **choosing the event:** check the trade fair calendar and find the event that best fits your industry,
2. **registration:** log in to the exhibitor zone on the event’s website,
3. **registering your participation:** fill in the form or sign the contract, indicating the space you need (e.g. 12–25 m²), ideally no later than 30 days before the fair,
4. **registration fees:** pay the booking fee (usually around PLN 100 + VAT) and the advance payment,
5. **configuring services:** via the Exhibitor Portal you can order technical utilities (e.g. power supply), catering, badges and other extras.

Exhibition space rental costs
-----------------------------

One thing you always need to bear in mind when planning your budget is that the exhibition space itself – the so-called “raw floor space” – is a separate item from the stand construction.

Estimated rental costs look like this:

- for stands up to 50 m² – the price is around **PLN 200/m²**,
- for spaces of 50–150 m² – approx. **PLN 150/m²**,
- for large displays over 150 m² – around **PLN 120/m²**.

Premium locations, e.g. along the main visitor routes, may generate additional costs – but sometimes they are worth paying to gain better exposure.

What does the market look like and how do you fit in?
-----------------------------------------------------

According to audited data from the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry (PIPT) and CENTREX, the Polish trade fair market showed a clear post-pandemic rebound in 2022 – 123 audited events were organised (59% more than the year before), and exhibition space reached 71% of pre-pandemic levels. Poland currently has 16 exhibition centres with a total area of 415,050 m², which places it 11th in Europe and 18th in the world.
