How do you book a space at the fair? A step-by-step guide
If you want to exhibit in Lublin, there are a few simple steps to go through. The organisers have made sure the process is as clear and quick as possible:
- Register your participation: go to the event website and download the relevant application form (marked ZU, ZG or ZH). Fill it in, have it signed by a person authorised to represent your company and send it in as instructed,
- Pay the fee: your application must include proof of payment of the registration fee – this covers your entry in the exhibitor list and the administrative handling of your booking,
- Attach your documents: add a current extract from the KRS (National Court Register) or CEIDG (business register). Scans can be sent by email, but the originals have to be handed to the organiser on the opening day of the event.
Choosing your stand construction – standard or bespoke?
Picked your dates and booked your space? Excellent. Now it is time to decide how your stand will actually look, and here you have two options: use the ready-made modular construction on offer, or commission a design of your own. Both routes have their strengths – the question is which one will better represent what you do.
Standard construction – modular solutions
For anyone who wants the job done quickly and without fuss, there is the standard construction offered by Targi Lublin S.A. Rules and technical matters – what you need to keep in mind
Every exhibitor has to read the venue regulations of Targi Lublin. This document is not just a formality – it sets out specific requirements that keep the event running smoothly. If you are planning a bespoke build, do not miss one key deadline: your stand design has to be approved at least 14 days before assembly begins.
The regulations also cover obligations such as respecting the maximum permitted height of the structure, connecting electrics safely and complying with fire safety rules. Follow them and the whole process runs calmly – with no unnecessary stress.

There is no shortage of more local events either, and they are every bit as lively. Sprawunki – the Fair of Exceptional Things attracts as many as 90 applications each year, although the number of available stands is often considerably smaller. The 14th Social Economy Fair, scheduled for 12-14 September 2025, will be held on Lublin’s Old Town Market Square – with a unique atmosphere and genuinely valuable partnerships on offer.
